EXIT Summer School 2008 - Novi Sad, Serbia, 7-9 July 2008

The EXIT Summer School takes place over the three days leading up to the internationally acclaimed EXIT FESTIVAL, recognised in 2007 as the BEST EUROPEAN FESTIVAL and described by The Guardian as one of the 12 TOP TRIPS FOR 2008.

Organised by the University of Novi Sad, Serbia's second largest university, the EXIT Summer School provides a great chance for students attending the festival to learn more about the HISTORY AND CULTURE of Novi Sad, Vojvodina and Serbia more generally.

The 3-day programme, which includes an exciting line up of lectures and seminars, tours and cultural events, offers a unique opportunity to enhance the overall EXIT experience.

Founded in 2000 as a protest movement, and held in a magnificent 17th century fortress overlooking the River Danube, EXIT FESTIVAL has emerged as one of the best music festivals in Europe, attracting many leading international artists and DJs. Despite its growth, EXIT has not lost sight of its roots and also includes educational and social activities.
